For Brand-New Watches & Accessories

  • The product (watch or accessory) is 100% unused and unworn.
  • All factory stickers, seals, tags, and labels are intact.
  • The original brand box, warranty card, manuals, and all included accessories are returned in pristine, untampered condition.
  • A continuous unboxing video is provided at the time of the return request.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

For Pre-Owned Watches & Accessories

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unaltered since delivery.
  • The Time Fixers security tag/seal (if attached) is intact.
  • All original inclusions (box, authenticity documents, accessories) are returned in the same condition.
  • A complete, unedited unboxing video is provided.
  • The return request is made within 4 days of delivery.

Additional Notes:

  • Shipping and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.
  • Exchanges are subject to approval and availability.
